Exchanges & Returns
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy, which means you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
For exchanges, a double delivery charge of Rs. 398 will apply, as the exchange process involves two-way shipping.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued if:

The item you received is different from the one you ordered.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, except in cases where the item is defective. Defective sale items will be eligible for exchange only.
